VIOLENCE AGAINST HINDUS IN BANGLADESH 

The violence in Bangladesh against Hindus by fundamentalist Muslims may have politics behind it but this so often has happened in history and continues to do so because of the essential intolerance Islam bears towards other religions, especially against pagan religions, idolatrous ones like Hinduism, religions which are not part of the Book. Otherwise, why is it that only in Islamic countries so much targeting goes on against other religions? There is a theological basis to it. The glaring instance of this is the Partition of India, no doubt initiated and instigated by the British in equal measure but surely brought about by Islamic fundamentalism. Has anyone ever heard of Jain fundamentalist violence?
