SPEAKING FROM THE HEART ... 17

All acts of charity in an exploitative order are an eyewash and only help to perpetuate exploitation. What is needed is a scientific overhauling of the entire system to obliterate exploitation, not in one go in a revolutionary sweep -- for it harms more than it helps mature an immature situation through coercion -- but over a period of time through carefully crafted and well-executed reform programmes that ease the order into the desired fold from that of exploitation to that of welfare. But it is easier said than done for the forces of exploitation are unyielding and will not budge to allow improvement that threaten their very existence.

We so often hear of spiritual teachers preaching love and charity but they never care to address the core issues of societal imbalance at their very core because they are either surface thinkers of shallow perception or themselves compromised to the exploitative system itself. Depth-thinking will reveal the shallowness, often insincerity and even hypocrisy, of these so-called spiritual affirmations of religious teachers. In a brutal world of imperialist and capitalistic exploitation they have fitted themselves and their surface value-systems well enough to earn their way through to a royal way of living in the case of extreme exploitation and to a decent one in the case of a general compromise.
