THE RELIGION THAT IS MARXISM

Marxism is also a religion, albeit a totalitarian atheistic, rather antitheistic (Hitchens' coinage) religion that like the Abrahamic religions is utopian in its ultimate idealism but which pretends to be humanistic, its humanism being limited to the proletariat class and its savagery directed towards the propertied class, the capitalists. It is a thoroughly materialistic system of thought, sophisticated in its rational dispositions, although scientifically flawed, as the post-Marxian scientific developments have amply testified. But the worst feature of it is its attempted crude rational justification of class violence aimed at obliteration of the capitalist class en route to socialist revolution. Thereafter, its post-revolutionary violence is horrific which it justifies as the purge necessary to establish socialism. 

Marxism crushes human freedom, human rights, the right to vote and democratically elect the citizens' government, abolishes all political parties but itself, silences free speech, unleashes terror in a police state masquerading as the proletariat's state, its political system nicely dubbed 'dictatorship of the proletariat' which in practice boils down to being the dictatorship of the Central Committee of the Communist Party which then becomes the dictatorship of the Politburo and finally the dictatorship of the General Secretary, all along keeping up the pretence before the world through its 'Iron Curtain Policy' that it is the most humane system of political living, the ideal socialist state ruled by the proletariat. Only those who endure its reign know its horrors. 

There is another catch to this system. Being an oppressive totalitarian regime, Marxism crushes human ingenuity and enterprise, and reduces citizens to slaves doing the daily regimen in a 'command and carry out' structure. Hence, creativity is stifled and with it progress, leave aside human happiness. Moreover, state-run enterprises in an overly planned evonomy inevitably fail to deliver on the economic promises in the long run and within a generation or two the entire edifice of socialist economy collapses revealing the hollow foundation of Marxism. Suffering, suffering, endless suffering till the very people who had built this brutal system pull it down.

It has thus far been a long battle with little effect at the level of execution in regard to a total ban on cow slaughter. One remembers with horror the Indira Gandhi government's open firing on marching monks led by Karpātri Mahārāj in which many casualties had taken place. There is, thus, a history behind this outrage of the revered Shankaracharya at the Honourable Chief Minister of West Bengal in which some may scent vested political interests but cannot still deny the veracity of the statements made by the revered Swami.

Isn't it so? Communism in basing its superstructure of thinking entirely on a materialistic foundation has been the most rational system of thought despite rationality itself having no ultimate rationale to stand on beyond certain axiomatic assumptions and hypotheses. Hasn't it been so? In its attempt to forcibly remove poverty based on archaic assumptions of the mind going by way of scientific thinking, somewhat reasonable in its hour of first assumption perhaps but later proven utterly unfounded, communism has plunged each and every country it has graced with poverty and untold human suffering. Hasn't it? On the contrary, despite capitalistic leanings, often crony capitalism in practice at that, isn't the BJP's philosophy based on the Sanātan Dharma with its epic formulations on life and reality that are not only profoundly philosophical but far more aligned to modern scientific thinking? To brush off the BJP as an irrational political party thus is itself unreasonable and prejudiced. Bikashranjan Bhattacharrya should reflect more before orating obstinately thus. His prejudice has got the better of him. 🕉 Hindu!

If Muslims of the Indian subcontinent nearly all are converts from Hindus, then it stands to reason to suppose that they will in due course revert to the Sanātan Dharma and the perverted state of the subcontinent will be restored to its state of pristine purity. Obviously, the conversion did not take place voluntarily but was brought about mainly by force physical and inducement economic. Hence, the reconversion will also require strenuous preaching work by spotlessly pure and dedicated soldiers of the soul. Massive dissemination of the true tenets of our Sanātan scriptures must be made in as simple and easily understandable a language as possible. The RSS must be more active in this regard and its branches spread rapidly throughout the country. The intellectual build-up is necessary, the think-tank bolstered and literature made free for all online in as organised a way as possible. Let the work in real earnest take off to higher heights, for it has already been on for a century now. 🕉 Hindu!

The BJP has won in West Bengal a massive mandate not so much because of Hindu consolidation as many seem to believe but because of severe anti-incumbency. Rampant corruption and crime have brought down the TMC. Therefore, the BJP must not sit idle but must strenuously strive for Hindu consolidation to avoid an electoral debacle in the next election. They must remember that the TMC got 41% of the vote share which, should they now lose it partially or even wholly in case the party disintegrates, will be cashed in mainly by the Left Front who will re-emerge as the challenger to the popular throne. Therefore do I say that the BJP in alliance with the RSS must do serious groundwork among the Hindu masses and consolidate the Hindu votebank. For this the RSS must be facilitated to expand its presence in West Bengal rapidly. The dangers of Islamisation of the province must be explained to the people, their socioeconomic condition improved, their strength awakened through proper ideological training in the defence of their Dharma and Hindu cultural identity, and amity and unity fostered among them across the polychromatic Sanātan spectrum. 

A lot needs to be done to wean away urban Bengali Hindus from materialistic Marxist thinking to spititual Sanātan thinking which has run uninterrupted in her blood for millenia barring Islamic perversion for over seven centuries and leftist leanings for the last century. A tall order indeed but doable for sure. The term is of five years, hence, the time is limited. It is not only that the next round of national election (2029) and then the provincial election (2031) that will have to be won but the demographic change going against the Hindus must be first arrested and then reversed. Otherwise, the Hindus will overtime lose their massive majority status and become second-class citizens as in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Here lies the main battle, nay, a veritable civilisational war. 🕉 Hindu!

The BJP must remember, so must Hindus, that they are slowly but inevitably going to be outnumbered by the Muslims in West Bengal, Assam and Kerala unless massive reconversion of Muslims to the Sanātan Dharma takes place with immediate effect. If Muslims and Christians can continuously convert Hindus to their fold, what prevents the Hindus from doing so? For this the RSS must provide strong leadership. We need RSS branches (shākhās) in huge numbers across West Bengal immediately. The work must begin on a war footing. 

Had Islam not been a proselytising political invasive entity in its essence, there would never have been jihad in the Indian subcontinent nor conquest and conversion in the name of Allah nor Partition nor endless violence of Muslim invaders and rulers, and in more modern times genocides conducted by political parties such as the Muslim League and the participating people such as the Moplahs and the jihadis in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Kashmir. Then India would have been free of this Islamic horror and Hindus would not have to worry about their safety and security in the light of a growing Muslim population despite Partition. That the situation is so, and alarmingly at that, it becomes bounden on Hindu nationalistic organisations spearheaded by the RSS to strengthen their defence against jihad. And what better way to do so than to increase the size of the Hindu polity and reduce that of the Muslims by reconverting Hindus by the masses to the Mother Faith, those hundreds of millions who have been converted to Islam over the centuries by so many means?

Increasing the birth-rate of the Hindus to a trifle more than the replacement rate of 2.17 is a must as currently Hindu birth-rate has dropped to 1.9 with the number worsening by the day. But considering the fact that India is already bursting at the seams population wise, it would be inadvisable to further populate the land. Hence, to achieve demographic balance a strict population policy of two children per couple must be adopted for all communities. But this may not be practicable everywhere. Hence, the reconversion drive must be on. 🕉 Hindu!

THE SACRIFICE OF INNOCENCE

Mass-scale animal sacrifice cannot be considered a humanistic act, far less a spiritual one. It is time for our ideas of God to evolve beyond ancient and medieval conceptions. Modernity demands a new outlook on the Divine and in matters religious that have strong social connotations. 

Human beings become inhuman when they en masse sacrifice helpless animals to please a God whose thirst for such offering never seems to be satisfied despite being offered such a ritual for millenia. It is time then to review religion, shed mythological superstition that is the seed of a barbarous  practice, and modernise conceptions about both the temporal and the transcendental, failing which countless more millions of dumb creatures will be bled to death in the years ahead. 

Enough is enough. Now time it is for us to be civilised. Man ought not to think that he is so superior as to claim arbitrary right over lower animals thus. If scripture instructs so, it is time to make amendments therein, for all scripture has after all been written by man despite tall claims of divine revelation as to their origin. What sort of omniscience of the Divine makes so many factual mistakes in its so-called revelations that have made such pronouncements puerile in modern terms? 

It is not sacrifice of animals in the name of faith but it is the sacrifice of innocence, both in terms of the innocent animals that are bled to death and in terms of the spititual innocence lost to those billions who participate in this gruesome exercise as perpetrator and as devout witness.

When Swamiji in his inaugural Chicago address said, "We believe not only in universal toleration but we accept all religions as true.", by 'truth' he must have meant relative truth with all its imperfections but tending to the perfect Absolute Truth in the final analysis. 

Elsewhere in his Complete Works there are references galore of his absolute repudiation of Islam and Christianity's historical intolerance towards other religions on doctrinal basis with especial emphasis on what the Islamic invaders and rulers, inspired by the violent injunctions of the Qur'an, did to the Hindus who, he pointed out, were only fit to be slaughtered if they refused to convert. 

So, simplifying Swamiji's affirmations on the Hindu's acceptance of the truth of all religions to mean that all religions are equally valid ways to God-realisation is puerile, flawed and untrue. 

Swamiji's works are replete with apparently contradictory but really coherent observations when viewed in totality with depth of understanding. Hence, to infer that Vivekananda viewed all religions as true in equal measure just because he had said that they all were true would be fallacious. 

Vivekananda held Advaita Vedānta to be the pinnacle of representative truth, that is, the representative of the transcendental Absolute Truth, and the nameless, formless, attributeless Brahman as the ultimate non-dual Truth. In his view Allah was the state of divine dual truth two stages beneath Brahman, the dual, the qualified non-dual and the non-dual being the three stages of divine perception in the ascending order of spiritual refinement. 

The dual and the qualified non-dual are relative truths while the non-dual is the Absolute Truth (Brahman/Ātman) which only the Hindus have discovered and which finds singular reference only in Hindu scriptures. Islam has no idea of this highest non-dual reality, Brahman, which alone is the Absolute and not the relative dual reality, Allah, which it in philosophical error takes to be the Absolute. 

Vivekananda needs depth of understanding and interpretation by profound philosophers and not casual commenting by ordinary minds presupposing their fitness to frame the message of the sage as per their political or organisational interests.

Meanwhile, demography is changing as it has for over 1300 years in the Indian subcontinent. Islamisation of India is irrevocably taking place. Remember, it is a number's game. Demography determines democratic outcomes. What happened in 1947 with the League's perfidy and British complicity will happen again, only this time with greater ease using democratic tools. Muslim population percentage is growing with every decade and that of the Hindus steadily declining. The arithmetical outcome overtime is clear, the suppression of Sanātan sanskriti yet again and the political subjugation of Hindus. This is not imagination or fanciful fear of Islam, that craftily fabricated fanciful phenomenon called 'Islamophobia', but a real danger. Hence, Hindus, for heaven's sake, awake, arise and act in defence of the polity and the Dharma!

এরা শক্তের ভক্ত, নরমের যম | শ্রীঅরবিন্দ ১৯২০র দশকেই বলেছিলেন কংগ্রেসের মুসলমানতোষণ করে জাতিয় ঐক্য প্রতিষ্ঠার নিষ্ফল প্রচেষ্টা থেকে বিরত থাকা উচিত ও তৎপরিবর্তে হিন্দুদের সঙ্ঘবদ্ধ করে শক্তিমান করা আশু কর্তব্য | তাহলেই মুসলমানের সংখ্যালঘু হওয়া সত্ত্বেও হিন্দুর ওপর দমননীতি চালানো বন্ধ হবে | শ্রীঅরবিন্দ গান্ধীজীর মুসলমান-তোষণনীতির ঘোরতর বিরোধী ছিলেন এবং তার ফল কি হবে কালে তাও ভবিষ্যদ্বাণী করেছিলেন যা অক্ষরে অক্ষরে মিলে গেছে | সেই কুফল হিন্দুবিরোধী রাজনৈতিক দলগুলোর তোষণনীতিহেতু আজও ফলছে | তাই পশ্চিমবঙ্গে এই বিপুল বিজেপি বিজয় ও সমর্থ মুখ্যমন্ত্রী শ্রীশুভেন্দু অধিকারীর বলিষ্ঠ নেতৃত্বের অপরিসীম তাৎপর্য | 🕉 হিন্দু !

মুসলমান, খ্রীষ্টান ত' সংখ্যায় অনেক | আর বাড়িয়ে কাজ নেই | অতএব, এবার হিন্দুদের নিজধর্মে স্বস্তিতে থাকতে দিন | তাঁদের ধর্মান্তরিত করার অশুভ অভিপ্রায় হতে বিরত থাকুন | পরস্পর পরস্পরের ধর্মমত সম্বন্ধে যদি শ্রদ্ধা থাকে ত' কেউ কাউকে নিজমতে নিয়ে আসার দুষ্টনীতি অবলম্বন করেন না | এক্ষেত্রে বোঝাই যাচ্ছে হিন্দুধর্মের প্রতি ইসলাম ও খ্রীষ্টধর্ম, তথা হিন্দুদের প্রতি মুসলমান ও খ্রীষ্টানদের কী ভাব | বিবাহসূত্রে তাঁরা হিন্দুদের ধর্মান্তরিত করেন | অবশ্য, এ বিষয়ে আজও বৈষ্ণবরাও পিছিয়ে নেই | শৈব, শাক্ত, গাণপত্য, সৌর আদি অন্য হিন্দু সম্প্রদায়ের জনকে বৈষ্ণব সম্প্রদায়ভুক্ত করার প্রবল প্রচেষ্টা করে থাকেন | এই গোঁড়ামির বিরুদ্ধে শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণ বার বার বলেছেন | বলেছেন, "মতুয়ার বুদ্ধি ভাল নয় |" যাই হোক, এখন মূল কথা হ'ল প্রাতিষ্ঠানিকভাবে ধর্মান্তরণ পাপাচরণ | এতে মানুষ শিকড়চ্যূত হন, পথভ্রষ্ট হন, বিবর্তনের চক্রে পথপরিক্রমণ প্রলম্বিত হয় | তাই গীতায় শ্রীভগবানের সাবধানবাণী, "স্বধর্মে নিধনং শ্রেয়ঃ পরধর্মো ভয়াবহ |"

আমাদের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রামের সশস্ত্র বিপ্লবীরা কত অনারম্বর জীবনযাপন করতেন, কত সাধারণ বেশভূষা পরতেন | তাঁরা ছিলেন চূড়ান্ত ত্যাগী দেশপ্রেমী, দেশমাতৃকার শ্রেষ্ঠতম সন্তান | আজ এমনই এক মহানায়কের জন্মদিবস যাঁর পাঁচ দশক ব্যাপী মরণপন করা সংগ্রামের ফলে আমরা স্বাধীন | তিনি ১৯৪৫ সালের জানুয়ারী মাসে সুদূর জাপানে দেহরক্ষা করেন | জাপান তাঁকে দেশের সর্বোচ্চ নাগরিক সম্মান দেন, 'The Second Order of the Rising Sun'. কিন্তু আমরা ভারতবাসী তাঁকে ভুলে গেছি | এহেন বিস্মরণ আত্মঘাতী | তাই আমাদের আজ এই দুর্দশা | বিপ্লবীর নাম শ্রীযুক্ত রাসবিহারী বসু |

Within hours we will be in hallowed time terrain, the birthday of one of India's greatest revolutionaries, Rash Behari Bose. The redoubtable revolutionary who almost unseated imperial Britain with his aborted Ghadar Revolution and along with Basanta Kumar Biswas actually unseated Viceroy Hardinge from his elephant seat on 23 December, 1912, eluded the grasp of the British police in the guise of P.N.Tagore and fled to Japan to organise a pan-Asian revolution against the British with his confidante and assistant A.M.Nair which culminated in his founding the Indian Independence League and the Indian National Army which he later handed over to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, was instrumental in raising resistance against the British colonial-imperial order across five decades of the 20th century, capitalising on the opportunity afforded for freedom by two World Wars in which Britain was engaged in a titanic tussle to maintain her own sovereignty. Such a great hero, almost peerless on many counts in the annals of Indian history, leave aside just the fight for freedom from British tyranny, has been honoured in Japan but not in his motherland India whose shores he had left in 1915 with the resolve to return one day with a force and free her but could never kiss her shores again as he passed away in January, 1945 just two years and a half before the motherland was mutilated on both sides by a murderous Muslim League in league with the perfidious British and a capitulating Congress. 

Rash Behari Bose today is fondly remembered in Japan by millions as the master chef from India, the Bose of Nakamuraya, but even the Japanese youth today are probably oblivious of his revolutionary background despite he having been accorded on that count the second highest civilian honour in imperial Japan, the Second Order of the Rising Sun. Rash Behari Bose was given state honours in Japan upon his death but, alas, not a significant monument has been raised in his honour in his motherland nor he been given any prominence in the national discourse! Such apathy to revolutionary greatness surely cannot raise India to the highest status she so eloquently aspires for these days. Let 'Vikasit Bhārat' be attained by honouring our highest heroes in the heroic way that they deserve. 

And to top it all, Rash Behari Bose, being in close commutation with Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, had joined the Hindu Mahasabha and even founded its branch centre in Japan which he presided over. His multifaceted personality with his almost magical skill at disguising himself to elude arrest and effect escape, along with his multidimensional achievements for Mother India ought to make our head go down in reverence as we fondly remember this peerless patriot, this surpassingly selfless soul. He was in every sense a true son of the soil, a valorous soldier of the soul of India, a Veerputra of Bhāratvarsha, a Mahāpurush in my humble estimation. Vande Mātaram!

Her career began with her claim of a fake PhD from a non-existent University of East Georgia and her career ended with her refusal to quit court after being given a love game drubbing, fair and square. That the adhesive of the CM's chair could be so sticky, so strong, almost nuclear-like, had to be seen to be believed because it has been a unique occasion for such an event in post-Independence politics. In between her career was dotted with strange highlights like throwing her resignation paper on the Speaker's face in the Lok Sabha by trespassing into the forbidden D, blocking CM Jyoti Basu's passage to the Writers' Buildings and paralysing traffic by blocking the highway to Singur of Tata fame and folly and the self-styled Bannerjee ban on the prospective automobile industry there, to quote but three instances of her unruly behaviour that should have been taken into account by the intelligent Bengali people when voting her into power in 2011. Besides these there are innumerable instances of her on-stage antics, her histrionics, her inadvertent and deliberate verbal lapses that were comic entertainment to most which suited her agenda well enough. Her mocking the CAA with her unique brand of sloganeering 'kya kya chhi chhi', her 'jato maati tato taka' and the like---for the list goes seemingly endless---made her hit the headlines at will. Now that her sun has sunk and her moon is yet to rise and may never rise after all despite her desert affiliation, it is time to bid her good riddance! Meanwhile, you all must block her way back to the public imagination in much the same way as she had nearly two decades ago blocked the Tatas en route to Singur. Let history pay her back in her own coin. 

But shame on Bengalis who had elected an utterly incompetent, corrupt, power-crazy person and installed her as Chief Minister with her bandwagon wreaking havoc across the state of West Bengal, especially on the Hindus! And a worse shame on those who continue to support this utterly unscrupulous lady despite knowledge of her dubious dealings! 🕉 Hindu!

Slow slaughter of animals by slitting throat and bleeding them to death in open avenues may be a religious practice but its cruelty is certainly not in keeping with even a modicum of spirituality and is utterly opposed to normal human feelings for life, leave aside animal rights in modern understanding. It ought to be weaned away now before it is done away altogether. 

Slaughtering animals thus to appease God cannot undo human sin. It rather increases it and aggravates sinful tendencies in men by making them insensitive to animal pain and, hence, callous about it. As the Buddha said to an errant king who was about to ritualistically sacrifice a kid, "If to sacrifice this kid (young of a goat) earns you spiritual merit, surely by sacrificing me, a human being higher in the order of life, you can earn far more. Hence, let the kid go and tie me to the scaffold instead." The king's heart was moved and he relented. And he was an Indian king. When will our Indian Muslims learn this lesson from history and make a like amendment to their ritualistic ways? The animals deserve it. The Muslims who suffer the sight and put up with it out of fear of God and hellfire deserve it no less. 

Awaken your discrimination. Quicken your consciousness. Deepen your love for all life. Shed superstition and amend your ways despite dictates of tradition. Let humanity prevail over archaic practices going by way of divine injunction.

আমাদের রাজনৈতিক ইতিহাস ও আমলেও এরকম দুটি চরিত্র হাসিহীন প্রখ্যাত | একটি জ্যোতি বসু, অপরটি নরেন্দ্র মোদী | দুজনেই মেপে মেপে হাসেন যদি বা কালেভদ্রে কখনও সে শুভকর্মের অনুষ্ঠান বুদ্ধিবিচারে আবশ্যক বলে বোধ করেন |

'দিদি', 'দিদি' করে তৃণমূল ডুবল | 'মোদী', 'মোদী' করে বিজেপিও ডুববে | ব্যক্তিপূজো ভাল নয় | শুধু নৈর্ব্যক্তিক আদর্শ ও নীতি পালন করা সবচেয়ে ফলদায়ী---এমনই মনে করতেন স্বামীজী | বলেছিলেন, "Our best work is done, our highest influence exerted when we are without thought of self." আরও বলেছিলেন, "Preach the principle, not personality." আর আক্ষেপ করেছিলেন সান ফ্রান্সিস্কোতে প্রদত্ত ভাষণ 'Is Vedānta the Future Religion?'এ যে বেদান্ত সম্ভবতঃ একদিন এমেরিকায় ব্যাপকভাবে স্থাপিত হলেও হতে পারে কারণ এমেরিকায় সামন্ত্রতন্ত্র চলে গিয়ে গণতন্ত্র এসেছে | কিন্তু ভারতে বেদান্তস্থাপন এক প্রকার অসম্ভব কারণ ভারতবাসী রাজারাজরার দাস | সেখানে সামন্ত্রতন্ত্র অধিষ্ঠিত |
