IS THIS AN ISLAMIC STATE OR STILL A SECULAR STATE?

What sort of secularism is being practised in Kolkata, the capital city of West Bengal, that the Isha Azaan declared just a few minutes back over the loudspeaker that Allah is the greatest and that there is no other God but Allah? Is this secular India or the Islamic State of India? Why are all other religions that do not subscribe to this exclusive faith called Islam being denigrated thus? By announcing that Allah is the only God, are not the Hindu Gods and Goddesses, the Christian God, the Jewish God and all other notions of God being outright insulted and verbally assaulted upon? Where is tolerance, acceptance, secularism? Where?

Yesterday, during the afternoon Friday prayer at a local mosque, an open loudspeaker invitation was being given to non-Muslims to embrace Islam. Why was this allowed? Why are these things happening in West Bengal? Why are people silent spectators? Why no collective protest?
