IN RESPONSE TO AJANTA DEB ROY'S PANEL DISCUSSION POST THE 2021 GENOCIDE OF HINDUS 🕉 IN BANGLADESH WHERE THE VENERATED FOUNDER OF BANGLADESH WAS ROUTINELY BEING PRAISED FOR THE GREAT IDEAL OF SECULARISM PRACTISED BY HIM 

🕉@Ajanta Deb Roy : Shaikh Mujibur Rahman destroyed India by participating actively in precipitating the Partition of India on the basis of religion which the Congress had never wanted. Why did Mujib then join the communal party 'The All India Muslim League' which was hell-bent on dividing India? Why did he become close confidante and associate of Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy who executed the planned genocide of Hindus on 16 August, 1946 (refer 'The Great Calcutta Killing') and what was his human stance then on the killing of 5000 Hindus on that dark, despicable day? What was his stance regarding the subsequent Noakhali genocide of Hindus for two and a half months which finally settled the case for the Partition of India in favour of the Muslim League? If Mujib then participated actively in the geostructural disintegratipn of our motherland on the basis of Islamist views held by him and responded to the fanatical calls of the dismemberment of India by Jinnah and Suhrawardy, could it be realistically expected that he would be the harbinger of true secularism in a pronouncedly Islamic polity despite the tallest Constitutional pretensions in a liberated Bangladesh? Yes, it is argued that he did evolve from a fanatical Islamist to a socialist secular leader but could he ever wash away the grave genocidal sins of the Muslim League of which he was in pre-Partition India an active executor and a principal participant? Why this cover-up of Mujib's terrible sins by one and sundry when you are in apparent earnest attempting to eradicate Islamic intolerance from Bangladesh aimed at Hindus and other like recipients? History must not be thus hushed up and fact by purposeful cover-up glossed over and falsified when you are trying in the name of that very truth and justice to bring about a harmonic order of things. Truth triumphs ever, never so falsehood. Hence, state facts hard and bare from Mujib's Islamism to Islam's essential doctrinaire intolerance when you venture into such a grand project of instilling humane attributes in an indoctrinated, intolerant, pronouncedly Islamic polity?🕉
