Let people suffer. Is this the politician's ploy? We will address issues of development in a State only when we come to power there? Is this the unstated stance? This ought not to be when the nation's welfare is at stake. The country should feature above partisan politics and this is the Constitutional pledge politicians make before the President of the Union of India.
