O, THOSE OF YOU WHO TRULY LOVE THE MOTHERLAND !

It is not good enough to be a brilliant student qualifying from IIT but one must be patriotic enough to stay in one's motherland to serve and help build the nation. After all, it is the taxpayer's money that subsidises the fees of these premier institutions enormously which otherwise would have been well beyond the means of most of these brilliant students studying there. As a sequel to their qualification, therefore, it is but fair enough to expect them to pay back at least their dues to the nation before even contemplating a change of habitat and homeland.

Patriotism is too big a deal for most when it is opposed to the selfish desires that seek gratification, and as such, it will take a lot of grooming from birth to instil this higher attribute in the personality of students. How can they in such a calculated manner desert the motherland which has nourished them from birth? No amount of logic will suffice, no blame game directed at governmental inefficiency or poitical roguishness will do by way of offering justification for one's despicable desertion of the motherland that requires her brightest the most at this point in her national evolution.

However, there are as yet sons and daughters of Bharatvarsha who cannot even contemplate leaving the land for a better deal elsewhere and unto these jewels of the heart does the Ancient Mother bequeathe Her charge to bring up this fallen nation unto her glorious heights that await her in the unfolding future. May these children of not so much the head but much more of the heart be blessed with every virtue that is called of them to make the motherland great !
