MAN AND HIS MISSION ... 7

Humanity is slowly proceeding through the dark forests of ignorance to the realm of light and understanding. Those who are ahead of the times cut their way through shorter side-routes and move to freedom but the bulk of humanity has to trek through the dark corridors of unlit terrain. In this jungle they fight and kill, struggle and compete till vast sections are removed from the procession in this persecution and the rest trudge on unto a dead end that never seems to open up the vast vistas of freedom and enlightenment despite the tallest of pretensions by them. This movement from the dark unto light has been described as 'Tamaso ma jyotirgamayah' by one who had zeroed in to truth ages ago, a Rishi of ancient times. And the movement is on.
