What sublime words ! What depth of feeling ! What insight into the national psyche, the ideals of the motherland spelled out in what bold terms ! Verily, this message itself was the pivot about which India's fortunes revolved and quickened the country into life and freedom.
And this will yet remain the torch-bearer for ages to come for all Indians as they wend their way through the vicissitudes of time. The message to India encapsulated in this mantra is the powder which shall ignite India into becoming the preceptor perennial of the world in the domain of the Spirit which has been the role assigned to her by the divine hand of destiny, a fate so aptly articulated by that other luminary, Aurobindo Ghosh, in his famous Uttarpara Address.
So has the message been sounded. So has the mantra been uttered. And so shall India arise from her age-old slumber into 'life and freedom' as Nehru put it.
Glory unto the Lord who donned the ochre in the form of Swamiji ! Glory unto India and her children, born, unborn and waiting to unfold and blossom in the grand nursery that India is !
