THE EBB AND THE FLOW OF LIFE

THE EBB AND THE FLOW OF LIFE

There comes a time when one becomes too weary to live or to die, to seek or to give. Then one becomes a mute witness to, a passive onlooker of the flow of events till one revives once more to a semblance of life and living. This is world-weariness, the antithesis of that burning enthusiasm that animates the soul to live life to the fullest, that fiery zeal to disseminate the message of the Master, to throw broadcast the seeds of life across the fertile plains of dormant human consciousness for its present awakening and for its future fruition. This is the ebb-tide in life's sinusoidal flow, the trough of life's current. But it passes and returns the vigour with redoubled force to inundate the plains with the waters of love. Then life again is delight, the dance of the Nataraj that destroys as it dispels the dark of primeval ignorance.
