Great minds may churn out great thoughts, speak lofty words of wisdom, but hard reality, concrete and resistant, does not change. Thus is the world-mover required who can transform human nature itself and set in motion a new age, roll the wheel of dharma. He speaks words of fire and it forges men out of base matter. He lends character to a decadent world and lifts it to lofty heights.

There is a sea of difference between the world-thinker and the world-prophet. And this must be clearly understood and kept in mind ever when we proceed to compare and equate these absolutely incomparable personalities, one human in every way and the other divine, almost to a fault, with no more than a trace of humanness left in his nature to facilitate subsistence in the world of man.
