THE DEVELOPMENT AGENDA -- REQUEST YOU TO CONTRIBUTE WITH POINTS

1. Educate the masses. 100% literacy must be achieved as fast as possible.

2. Improve the quality of higher education.

3. Keep college and university campuses free of politics.

4. Feed the nation. Improve the nutrition of the masses.

5. Generate 100% employment opportunity for the educated and the eligible.

6. Bring back blackmoney from the Swiss bank accounts as earlier promised.

7. Root out corruption from politics and big business.

8. Spend more on defence.

9. Support research facilities in universities in a far bigger way.

10. Declare election campaigning that calls on religious references illegal.

11. Check the growth of population through medical and academic aids.

12. For membership to Parliament and the State Legislatures make a minimum academic qualification mandatory. We can ill afford to have illiterate law-makers.

13. Political leaders, please talk less, work more and manifest a greater deal of character.

14. Work for the country irrespective of the thought of getting elected the next time. Work for the well-being of the people and perish in the next election if need be.

15. Care for the children -- their health, education, culture and talent. They are our future.

16. Develop all kinds of sports in a big way so that national health improves and we excel in the international arena in sports. We must dominate the Olympics.
