MAN AND HIS MISSION ... 15

MAN AND HIS MISSION ... 15
Hone your talents. Be creative. Contribute to culture. Do not idle away your hours on earth.
Life is precious. The individual must be saved from the melee of men. Mediocrity must not drown genius in the din of the commonplace but must make room for its breath of life. The ordinary must not pollute the atmosphere so, that genius dies for want of care.
Yet, the commoner must shine, too, in his very expression of his native soul. Let men manifest their powers. Let the spirit of man flow and of woman, too. Let life be a festival of creative expression, if not of excellence always.
Civilisation is the resolution of the creative outflow of all and not merely of a select few. Be bold. Shed inhibition. Come up and sing. Be free to dance to the rhythms of life.
Art - may it depict the ordinary and the extraordinary ! Science - may it illumine and create comfort where hardships yet kill ! Spirituality - may it pervade the whole of life to break boundaries and forge bonds !
None is small, none too big to give his mite to the cumulative culture that is Man. And Man is Civilisation.
