GURTEJ SINGH, MARTYR TO THE MOTHERLAND

GURTEJ SINGH, MARTYR TO THE MOTHERLAND
গুরতেজ সিং রিক্তহস্তে ১২ জন চৈনিক সেনাকে যমালয়ে প্রেরণ করে গালওয়ানে বীরগতি প্রাপ্ত হলেন ।
Gurtej Singh dispatched 12 Chinese soldiers to the other world with his bare hands before attaining martyrdom at Galwan Valley.
Could not in Google search authenticate the message received thus on Facebook. Searched for the number he dispatched off to the realm of the restrained (Yamaloka -- Yama = restraint ; loka = realm or sphere) but could not find. Hence, the number seems to have been made up unless I am terribly wrong in my assessment based on incomplete information received. Part of the fake news syndrome, I guess. But Gurtej Singh's brave martyrdom fighting for India's sovereignty is absolutely true.
Now look at the name of this valiant soldier. Gurtej or energy of the Guru. The devotion of the Sikhs to their Guru is matchless and worthy of replication.

P.S. I have now received report in the comment section that Gurtej Singh, indeed, killed 12 Chinese soldiers, four of them with his bare hands, before entering into hallowed martyrdom. But on account of rampant passage of fake news online, I cannot be definite yet on the actual numeral count of dead Chinese heads at the hands of Gurtej till I find a credible source of information. However, Gurtej's martial valour transcends numbers. His is an act of sublime patriotic fervour and supreme self-sacrifice at so early an age when life had just begun.

P.S. Just got confirmatioin of the fact that Gurtej Singh did indeed go into martyrdom after having carried with him 12 Chinese intruders into our territory who brutally attacked him and the Indian soldiers. Gurtej belonged to the Ghatak Brigade.
Glory unto Gurtej ! Wah Guru ka khalsa ! Wah Guru ki fateh ! Jai Hind !
