NOW, FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE, UNITE

Throughout the 1950s China played pretentious games with India including the 'Hindi-Chini Bhai Bhai' relation offered by India. Result : 1962. Now let us not more fool ourselves with such pretentious plays staged by China. The cliffhanger at Ladhak ought to be our wake-up call.

Boycott China in every way. Stop feigning friendship with them. Enemies are enemies and must be dealt with as such. Galvanise a united national front against China from now on. No cultural or economic ties with them. A robust national 'China Policy' in which the common citizen must make his contribution as well by abstaining from buying Chinese goods must be the way ahead.

All this requires patriotism of a superior kind and we must cultivate it. Those that forever clamour against the government must no more indulge in such unnecessary invective or taunt at a time of grave national crisis. Let us unite.
