WHEN IN PERILOUS TIMES

WHEN IN PERILOUS TIMES
A new utterance of the Divine is needed now, a new statement of the Soul. The Avatar must come now to save humanity from impending peril. Civilisation is at the crossroads and man must choose between opposed ends his path of future deliverance. Once more the Kathopanishad hearkens unto humanity to weigh well the preferable and the pleasurable before committing to its onward course. At this point of bifurcation of roads man must brood on his aspirations and imperatives both before selecting his way ahead. What lies ahead will show up in time but in the seed must now be read the image of the future fruition. Chosen right, it will lead to deliverance ; chosen wrong, it will bring about human doom.
We are stranded in the quicksand of Time and every moment lost in indecision sinks us deeper into the quagmire of material misery tending to eventual extinction. We must decide wisely and act fast if we are to escape our self-induced annihilation.
It is in these moments of depth-erosion of values that the spiritual seeds sown by our ancestor Rishis ages ago sprout and the words of the Charioteer Divine uttered as a promise unto humanity fulfils. So must it be now as the wave-train in its present trough gathers momentum to throw up its next crest to flood the world with spirituality.
No less than a world revolution of the Spirit is the need now and the moral evacuation caused in the mind of man must usher in the southern breeze of life-giving breath. Else, humanity will perish and such a catastrophe can never befall the chosen children of the Lord, however fallen they may be from their divine status. Never has the Lord failed to protect us in the past nor shall He fail to do so this time.
It is time to awake to the divine truth, to receive the Lord in our midst, to welcome Him with the dewy dawn that will usher in the mighty noon of glorious sunshine of the Spirit.
Civilisation is on the downswing now. Wait. Soon it will be on the upswing again.
