Netaji's absolute purity places him leagues ahead of Gandhiji who was no match for him in this regard as well.
Netaji never married nor did he ever have any romantic association with any ever. He was a continent person right through his life which is what gave him that charisma which no other contemporary leader including Gandhi had.
Netaji ruled the hearts of men with his personal integrity of character which none else could command to the degree he did. And it was this purity and the consequent selflessness that was the source of his power.
