IN INDIGNANT RESPONSE TO ARUNAVA BAGCHI'S SARCASTIC COMMENT BY WAY OF DERIDING ME

It is good to have a high self-esteem but terrible to have such a low opinion of others as you evidently do in castigating them in so many terms as you have employed. This is deplorable and I strongly condemn your caustic comment. I can return an equal volley at you but refrain from doing so considering it inappropriate.
Whatever may be my motivations in writing on facebook is personal to me and should not in all civic fairness bother you too much or concern you so much as to worry about them unduly to be so prompt in passing an adverse comment unless, of course, you wish thereby to gain some popularity mileage out of the exercise on a medium you evidently have not much regard for. My motivations in writing on facebook have evidently bypassed your comprehension and sympathies that are the corollaries of such understanding. As such, from this one comment and from your past caustic comments that bespeak of your bloated sense of self and utter lack of civility in addressing another human being, I can hardly expect you to have ever gone through my essays with any degree of understanding or empathy. A casual cursory glance that dares unwholesome criticism on such flimsy basis is symptomatic of a debilitated intellectual state and a corroded spiritual state at that. To amend ways for such is often not their lot when the youthful hour of the setting in of good habits is gone for good. Now there is but the routine rigmarole of picking unnecessary faults in the work of well-meaning citizens that must be the lot of these failed aspirants to excellence themselves.
Now to the epilogue of this long letter.
My response is by way of assuring you that you have in me not an inconsiderable adversary who will take your sarcasm lying down but one who will equally run you down with a volley of verbal artillery-fire that should catch you hopping for space to retreat to. Remembering this, refrain from further aggressive or demeaning sarcastic talk that offends the dignity of any civilised human being. I do not expect much from you, though, considering your past track-record.
