Sugata Bose : These seminal beings may be indifferent to name and fame as you have rightly pointed out but we, being beholden to them and to the prospects of the nation in consequence, ought to restore them to their rightful place in the annals of our nation for the sake of truth-telling and the right recording of history and, in so doing, ensuring the passage of the right data to future generations for their well-being and the well-being of the nation along with it. A nation's interests are always best served by the right chronicling of its history which includes, of course, the recounting of the exploits of its great personages. As far as your last point is concerned, indeed, we have much to gain in terms of character uplift from the study of these great lives and their attainments which is all the more reason why they should be placed in the pantheon of the nation's great men and women as they duly deserve.
