WE BOUGHT BACK OUR FREEDOM AT THE COST OF THE BLOOD OF THE MARTYRS

WE BOUGHT BACK OUR FREEDOM AT THE COST OF THE BLOOD OF THE MARTYRS

A country once sold to the British had to sacrifice so many valiant souls at the scaffold before the colonists could be evicted. But the mental colonisation continues. The slave never easily awakes to freedom. The stupor never goes.

Prohibition is often espoused but what we need is prohibition of this servile spirit with regard to the British and their Indian apologists who have ruled this land with scant regard to its welfare or health. It is up to us now to set the balance straight by engaging ourselves in productive and selfless work for the nation. For this we must study our nation's history from the Indian perspective, especially the history of our freedom movement, taking care to avoid the trappings of the concocted narrative thus far presented by the Government to keep us in a perennial state of self-oblivion.

Our revolutionary heroes must be our inspiration in this new voyage to establish true freedom for the citizens of this land to flourish in. Let us study their lives one by one and bathe ourselves in the Ganga of their sacrifices. May they shower their benediction upon whoever undertakes this adventure of the spirit to ready himself for nation-building !

Vande Mataram ! Jai Hind !
