POLITICIANS, A MASS OF HIGH-SOUNDING HYPOCRITES
So long as the Indian politicians continue to be hypocrites and keep up their pretentious shifting stances for political gains, Pakistan cannot be taught a lesson that will have a lasting impression and prevent them from engaging in dastardly designs against India.
A consistent national policy ought to be there cutting across party lines that will be followed with regard to India's enemies in Pakistan and China, one that will not change with every election to suit the political expediency of the hour. After all, the nation comes before everything and national interest counts more than party interest and cannot be compromised under any circumstance.
Television talks by politicians is so disgusting that one feels that so long as these spineless creatures masquerading the form of India's popular representatives do not manifest a bit of character, this nation is doomed. That such a fate has not yet befallen the nation is entirely due to the fundamental goodness, strength of character and courage of conviction manifest in action of the countless millions of its sacrificing servicemen and common citizens. Politicians should take a leaf out of the lives of these millions of our countrymen who are truly the salt of the earth.
It is time for the average citizen to wake up well and take his due place in the polity and replace these rogues who have thus far ruined the nation. The task is arduous but certainly achievable and upon its effective execution depends our future as a nation and as a civilisation that has thus far triumphed over endless vicissitudes.
