Rash Behari Bose with wife, Toshiko Soma, and child. Bose, a self-exiled revolutionary in Japan, engineered events in the wake of World War II to bring down the British Raj. His dream to return to his motherland before his death was never fulfilled. However, the Japanese honoured him more than we, Indians, have ever done. It ought to be our mission to perpetuate his memory for posterity to cherish and draw inspiration from.
