HINDUTVA---THE DEFENCE OF THE HINDUS ... 2

We need clear-thinking Hindus and not half-baked hypocritical ones criticising Hindutva unfairly, men who have not even studied Vivekananda well, leave aside the scriptures, individuals who in their western intellectual training choose to pass pompous judgement on our Sanatan civilisation and its modern derivatives without ever daring to confront Abrahamic predatorial moves that are for centuries and even today eating into the vitals of our Hindu polity in their bid to either convert or to destroy it. Yes, we need to bolster our civilisational defences against these internal enemies who are only intent on attacking Hindutva while maintaining a studied silence on Islamic and Christian proselytism that is damaging to our civilisation. Such a partisan attitude is no more going to be tolerated by the vast body of nationalistic Hindus. Hence, Hindutva is on the rise and will continue to be so despite electoral wins or losses. What Adi Shankaracharya began and what Swami Vivekananda set on firmer foothold will not be destroyed so easily. The civilisational renaissance is on and is there to stay in an aggressive sense, aggressive only in self-defence. Nothing can stop it. It is a subterranean movement, a subliminal transformation that will increasingly seek expression in every sphere of national life and reset historically altered directions back to the original Vedic path. Swami Dayananda Sarasvati was right in a sense. It is, indeed, 'Back to the Vedas'. Only I would it put it not as 'Back to the Vedas' but as 'Charaiveti' (Onward) in every sense of the term. As Vivekananda stated it so comprehensively, we need to advance on the wings of the Vedas and modern science in a seamlessly structured way.
