বেদান্ত প্রচারের দশা আজ স্বামীজীর আকাঙ্ক্ষিত পুরুষ ভাব ত্যাগ করে অতিকমনীয় মেয়েলী ভাব আশ্রয় করে হচ্ছে | তাও এমন জায়গায় যেখানে মানুষ 'dollar imperialism'এর দ্বারা চালিত, সারা বিশ্বকে নিঙড়ে নিয়ে নিজ জীবনের সুখসম্পদ রক্ষা ও বর্ধনে ব্যস্ত যাঁরা | পৃথিবী রসাতলে যাক, তাতে কি ? আমরা সমৃদ্ধিশালী দেশের বেদান্তবন্ধু | আমরা অরাজনৈতিক তো বটে, তাই বলে আমরা অন্যায় অবিচারের বিরুদ্ধে কথা বলব না ? এ তো এক প্রকার কাপুরুষতা, আপস, মহামায়ার অবিদ্যাশক্তির সাথে সমঝোতা |

পুনশ্ত : "খোল-করতাল বাজিয়ে লম্ফঝম্প করে দেশটা উৎসন্নে গেল। একে তো এই dyspeptic (অজীর্ণ) রোগীর দল, তাতে আবার লাফালে ঝাঁপালে সইবে কেন? কামগন্ধহীন উচ্চ সাধনার অনুকরণ করতে গিয়ে দেশটা ঘোর তমসাচ্ছন্ন হয়ে পড়েছে। দেশে দেশে, গাঁয়ে গাঁয়ে যেখানে যাবি, দেখবি খোল-করতালই বাজছে! ঢাকঢোল দেশে তৈরি হয় না? তুরীভেরী কি ভারতে মেলে না ? ঐ-সব গুরুগম্ভীর আওয়াজ ছেলেদের শোনা। ছেলেবেলা থেকে মেয়েমানষি বাজনা শুনে শুনে, কীর্তন শুনে শুনে দেশটা যে মেয়েদের দেশ হয়ে গেল! এর চেয়ে আর কি অধঃপাতে যাবে ? কবিকল্পনাও এ ছবি আঁকতে হার মেনে যায়! ডমরু শিঙা বাজাতে হবে, ঢাকে ব্রহ্মরুদ্রতালের দুন্দুভিনাদ তুলতে হবে, 'মহাবীর, মহাবীর' ধ্বনিতে এবং 'হর হর ব্যোম্ ব্যোম্' শব্দে দিগ্দেশ কম্পিত করতে হবে। যে-সব music-এ (গীতবাদ্যে) মানুষের soft feelings (হৃদয়ের কোমল ভাবসমূহ) উদ্দীপিত করে, সে-সব কিছুদিনের জন্য এখন বন্ধ রাখতে হবে। খেয়াল-টপ্পা বন্ধ করে ধ্রুপদ গান শুনতে লোককে অভ্যাস করাতে হবে। বৈদিক ছন্দের মেঘমন্দ্রে দেশটার প্রাণসঞ্চার করতে হবে। সকল বিষয়ে বীরত্বের কঠোর মহাপ্রাণতা আনতে হবে। এইরূপ ideal follow (আদর্শ অনুসরণ) করলে তবে এখন জীবের কল্যাণ, দেশের কল্যাণ। তুই যদি একা এভাবে চরিত্র গঠন করতে পারিস, তা হলে তোর দেখাদেখি হাজার লোক ঐরূপ করতে শিখবে। কিন্তু দেখিস, ideal (আদর্শ) থেকে কখনও যেন এক পা-ও হটিসনি। কখনও সাহসহীন হবিনি। খেতে শুতে পরতে, গাইতে বাজাতে, ভোগে রোগে কেবলই সৎসাহসের পরিচয় দিবি। তবে তো মহাশক্তির কৃপা হবে।"

We need men, not effeminates to rouse the world to the virile message of the Vedanta. Remember, Swamiji hated effeminacy. So did the redoubtable revolutionary, Rash Behari Bose, an ardent follower of Swamiji, one who became Geeta incarnate in revolutionary action rather than being a pretentious, cowardly, passive preacher of the doctrine while failing to resist the adversary in real terms. Manhood, Swamiji invoked in his followers but, alas, to what effeminate effect in some of his celebrated followers who are making a mockery of his message! But others with stronger spine are there as well and legions will follow. 🕉 Hindu!

I shall neither pander to organisational vanity nor to individual fame with massive fan-following but shall articulate what I find pertinent in Swamiji's masculine message of the Soul. Vedanta must come alive in the veins like volcanic lava pouring out and metamorphosing men out of weaklings with pronounced effeminacy. Then shall Vedanta be served best when the enemy terrain is traversed and the adversary conquered not with sweet-sounding accomodating articulation but with thunderous expression of the bare brutal truth. Remember what Swamiji said, "Truth does not pay homage to any society, ancient or modern. Society has to pay homage to Truth or die." So, Truth is my ideal, not any society, religious or otherwise, however exalted. No individual, however lionised in society, is my ideal. As such, to awaken my brethren across the world, "I shall continue to sound the gong," as my hero Swami Vivekananda had put it to his brave disciple Nivedita. 🕉 Hindu!

Your partial affirmation is exceeded in articulation and scope by the Sanatan Dharma way way more. Brother, that is what Hinduism is all about, universal in scope and acceptance, unlike your Abrahamic religions which are one-sided and narrow, condemning non-believers to Hell and rewarding believers with Heaven, and creating division between man and man thus. Humanism is but a fraction, a tiny bit, of the Sanatan Dharma, and blessed be it by the benediction of the Vedas for the welfare work that it may be doing at the present moment before it finds its roots in the Upanishads. Acceptance of criminal intent and activity directed and perpetrated against the Hindus beyond a critical mark in the name of high-sounding Sanatan philosophy is portentous of dangerous things to come. It is the seed of downfall for a civilisation on the verge of being wiped out in the immediate or the not-so-far-off future. Herein lies perspective, context and the relativity of values applicable to microcosmic and macrocosmic situations. What is food for one is so often poison for another. Thus, democracy in deliberation, dialogue and discourse directs the national ship towards the desired destiny. The problem has ever been this tangled relation between the individual and the collective. The ideal in sublime spiritual terms is one and the practical in terms of mundane reality another, the duo much at mutual variance. The ascetic in his reclusive hermitage broods on transcendental reality in one way while the current of common life flows in grosser brutal terms in quite another manner. The balance between the ideal and the practical is ever to be sought and realised for maximum benefit to all and sundry, divorced from which, fate deals a race or a nation the hard blow from which it scarce recovers and perishes more often than not, leaving not a trace behind but hieroglyphics that are difficult to decipher. 🕉 Hindu!

The great Dr. Syamaprasad Mookerjee, the saviour of West Bengal, a betrayed character by Nehru and Shaikh Abdullah, and a forgotten eminence in Bengal. Sad that his fellow Bengalis so often cast calumny on him and typecast him as a vicious communal character when in truth he was a fierce nationalist committed to the safekeeping of the Hindus during those pernicious days of Partition. He has been hailed as one of the greatest Parliamentarians by the redoubtable communist leader Prof. Hiren Mukerjee and admired for his sublime oratorical powers. 

Founder of the Bharatiya Jana Sangha which later metamorphosed into the Bharatiya Janata Party, Dr. Syamaprasad Mookerjee remains in shining memory as the intrepid warrior for the territorial solidarity of India which ultimately cost him his life amidst mysterious circumstances in Kashmir where he had trodden on sacred but forbidden land with the clarion call 'Ek desh mey do vidhān, do nishān, do pradhān nahi chalegā, nahi chalegā, nahi chalegā.' No post mortem was done on his corpse and the death, which many claimed was murder, was hushed up and sent into the chamber of unresolved episodes of history. 

We, in West Bengal, owe him a debt which we must never forget---our very existence within the Republic of India which but for him we might never have had, for the scales were heavily tilted in favour of Bengal wholly going to Pakistan. The nation paid its tribute to Dr. Syamaprasad Mookerjee when Narendra Modi removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and integrated the state Constitutionally fully and unequivocally to India, a task that he had himself undertaken but had failed to accomplish owing to the dastardly plot of his death-dealers, so it is largely believed. 🕉 Hindu!

We cannot allow a second Kashmir here or a recurrence of pre-Partition horrors such as the Great Calcutta Killing of 16 August, 1946 and the subsequent massive genocide of Hindus in Noakhali in especial but everywhere in East Bengal in general, the molestation of our women and the forced conversion of the Hindus to Islam. What followed thereafter during Partition and further on in East Pakistan culminating in the disproportionate Hindu genocide by West Pakistani forces in alliance with East Pakistani Razakars is well chronicled in history. Then followed the progressive Islamisation of 'secular' Bangladesh and the continued persecution of Hindus, Buddhists, Christians and protesting rationalists there which has led to yearly exodus of Hindus from Bangladesh ever since reducing its population from 27% in 1971 at the time of Liberation to a bare 8% today. As Hindus are getting weeded out by Islamists in Bangladesh, Muslims through immigration and high fertility of women are on the rise here with the Communists from 1967 to 1969, the Congress from 1972 to 1977, the Communists again from 1977 to 2011 and now the TMC from 2011 till date patronising their growth in numbers through immigration and the building of Islamic infrastructure through ever-increasing number of mosques and madrāsās, with the ruling dispensation doing it the most to keep its minority vote-bank steady and its electoral invincibility going. This situation is unacceptable to all patriotic souls steeped in the Sanatan civilisation. Thus, it is imperative that wakeful souls keep sounding the gong that sleeping souls may awake. 🕉 Hindu !
