A TIMELY CHANGE IN ATTITUDE, PERHAPS, MR. WEST ?

Modern civilisation is superficial as it is for most parts material. To attempt to supplant the spiritual civilisation of the East by the marauding moderns of the West has been the bane of modern history and has caused untold cultural damage. However, the East can never be conquered by the superficial West as growing Islamism has shown in recent times and the sooner these Western nations go back to their early Christian roots to supplement their scientific secular attitudes, the better for the prospects of peace in the world. Perhaps, Indian philosophy and living could be of help in this regard and so could ancient and medieval Eastern mysticism be. Cultural destruction otherwise will lead to global catastrophe, for the seeds of evolution disrupted in their way to fruition leave humanity barren and desolate.
