OBSERVATIONS

OBSERVATIONS

1. It is strange to reflect on the fact that it took a Frenchman (Romain Rolland) to present Vivekananda before the world in writing when we had a Tagore who could have done so but chose not to.
2. India's destiny seems to be divinely interlinked with the best of humanity for which purpose she has been thus far preserved despite the countless onslaughts she has had to face from foreign forces on her soil. It then becomes bounden on her to deliver her spiritual thought to the rest of humanity, especially the scientifically civilised West.
