SELECTED AND SACRIFICED AT THE ALTAR OF BARBARISM? ... 2

SELECTED AND SACRIFICED AT THE ALTAR OF BARBARISM? ... 2

Cosmetic moves like cooperative sports and inter-faith meets will not alter the ground reality of anti-Semitism practised by extreme elements of fanatical faiths. The bull must be held to stillness by the horns and prevented from making rampage. Scriptural injunctions against the Jews must be either expunged from the texts and the texts edited and updated for modern use, or else, these passages must be rendered ineffective by the adherents refusing to abide by such divine commandments as make hatred of Jews doctrinaire substance to be followed to finality in action.
A robust rejection of inhuman scriptural stuff is the call of the hour and the sooner it is done, the better for the future prospects of both the Jews and humanity in general. The alternative of a violent resolution of forces in favour of liberalism and against the divine dictates of a partial 'heavenly agency' is not too welcome a prospect as it could spark of a chain of events leading to a third World War that would surely spell the end of civilisation. And, yet, the danger ever lurks, that of the threatened annihilation of the Jews by the Arabs and the engulfing of the world in a catastrophic war in consequence.
Will the course of modernisation of the world further the cause of anti-Semitic fanaticism on account of greater access to spiritual texts that endorse anti-Semitism or will it effectively marginalise these archaic texts in a manner as to render them practically ineffective with only so much as their historical significance being retained in the memory of academicians? If the former, then we are in for a rough ride as yet, but if the latter, then sanity will return to restore peace and prosperity on earth for, verily, verily, these children of Abraham, Moses and David are the harvest of the finest human evolution effected over millenia. May the God of Israel preserve the Jews !
