At a time when Hindu civilisation is under threat from diverse quarters in the world, when negative narratives of Hinduism are being painted everywhere, it is silly to be complacent about our security and, so, engage in frivolous discourses on Hinduism which have no bearing to the dangers it faces. Swamis of the Ramakrishna Order and devotees of the same must keep to robust preaching of the principles of Hinduism in its defence against international adversaries. There is simply no room for complacency and either we chalk out a path of aggressive preaching throughout the world as Swami Vivekananda has exhorted us to do or we perish as a civilisation which is ever the lot of the self-oblivious. Now, here I am exhorting you to act in defence of the dharma. Let me see what your response is. I shall be ashamed of you, brethren, if you fail yet again to discharge your duties to the dharma and in effect to the motherland thus.
