Christ was misunderstood by Christians ✝️. With the passage of time his original inspiration was totally lost and Christianity degenerated into corruption that was so regressive that it brought in the Dark Ages in Europe till the Renaissance and the Enlightenment rescued and resuscitated it only for it to now transform itself into a colonising and conquering force that obliterated civilisations en masse and replaced a form of Western Christianity ✝️ which was quite unlike what Christ must have originally preached. The wholesale slaughter of populations, forced conversion, decimation of culture continued till now over the course of two millenia the Prince of Peace has 2.5 billion of the world under his sway through war, tyranny, trickery, inducement and aggressive proselytising of every sort conducted by followers inspired by him. Within this progression there has been the rise of saints and savants as well who have, despite carrying on with their constant conversion course, left their spiritual imprint on human civilisation as well. But overall the man of peace has had his message spread, perhaps unwittingly, through war as his followers, material and murky, could never quite comprehend him or his teachings and carried on with their corrosive course of conversion through fierce force. May Christ come alive in his adherents in his original inspiration as understood by the Hindus in the light of the Sanatan Dharma of which Christianity is but one feeble manifestation!
