IS THIS QUITE PARLIAMENTARY ?
When I watch Parliamentary proceedings, I am amazed to frequently see the utter disinterestedness in the proceedings by Rahul Gandhi who is pitted as the potential Prime Minister of India should the Opposition overcome the formidable electoral challenge of the ruling dispensation. Do national affairs not draw his significant interest when he is sitting in the highest legislature of the land and is in a position to influence the destiny of laws in the making by his pertinent interjections? Is he so unconcerned about national welfare or is he totally resigned to his fate in forthcoming political oblivion? If either, then what is he doing in Parliament or in politics and what is to be our state who bank on these politicians and vote them to be our lawmakers?
