A POINT OF PERTINENCE

A POINT OF PERTINENCE

True it is that Hinduism accepts all religions as true but only after editing them to its own satisfaction and its concept of the 'Ishta' (the Chosen Ideal). Hinduism does not accept Islam or Christianity or any religion for that matter as true where they are the upholders and propagators of exclusive and intolerant dogmas which go against the very universal approach of the Sanatan Dharma. Hence, it is puerile to imagine that Hinduism, in giving due credence to the validity of all religions as ways to the divine, actually gives them the unqualified certificate of truth even as the latter hold Hinduism and other pagan religions as false. This is a point of pertinence.
