What a brilliant rejoinder Chandra Kumar Bose has given to Pandit Shashi Tharoor! Nehru's successor has brought in beverage politics to leverage his sinking stocks it seems. Has it come to this now that Pandit Nehru needs a revitalisation of image in the light of his supposed contributions and not the real ones to democracy? Has politics plummeted to this level of abysmal miscarriage of individual attainments? One wonders where scholasticism leads these days when instant responses admix with retrograde reasoning.
