TIME TO STAY CLEAR OF GANDHIAN MISLEADING AND REALIGN THE COURSE OF OUR NATIONAL DESTINY ALONG NETAJI AND THE SANATAN DHARMA

The early revolutionary endeavours of the freedom struggle were in the right direction but the means not being there, they failed. Then Gandhi led the country in the wrong direction till Netaji redirected her along the original line and gained her independence. But Netaji having disappeared from the scene, post-independence again the Gandhian legacy of make-believe efficacy in moderation continued to ruin our prospects of a rise in fortunes and we allowed Britain to control us, China to bully us and Pakistan to perpetrate terror.

Now again the Gandhian ideas are being hypocritically touted but the ideas of the radical revolutionaries are being allowed space too. We, as conscientious citizens, must see to it that we do not again step into the pitfall of a Gandhian passivity and ruin our nation's future prospects of robust national defence and development, cultural evolution and expansion, and the preservation and propagation of our age-old Sanatan Dharma which, bequeathed as we are by way of heritage, we hold it as trustees on behalf of the whole of humanity. For the Sanatan Dharma alone can guide future humanity on to the higher verities of life and the Sanatan Dharma alone can synthesise the diverse strands of conflicting global culture.

And this Sanatan Dharma supremely sanctions the path our revolutionaries had taken in their bid to achieve independence. Gandhi's interpretation of the dharma was fraught with errors, intentional and unwitting, and was in gross violation of the essential teachings of that oft-quoted companion of his, the Bhagavad Geeta.

We must learn from history and not repeat the same mistakes our forefathers made in supporting Gandhi even as he undid the virility of the whole movement for freedom with his emasculate capitulation before the dastardly British and their agents in divisive politics and the dismemberment of the motherland, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Hussein Suhravardy, Sheikh Mujib-ur-Rahman et al. It is time to gather ourselves and realign with our civilisational ideals and imperatives.

Vande Mataram ! Jai Hind !
