MASTER AND MESSENGER -- THEY LED THE WAY TO FREEDOM
The freedom movement owes its origin to the freedom of the Self which called out for removing the constraining colonial consequences.
And Ramakrishna-Vivekananda led the charge in tangible terms.
Then the procession of patriots followed. Poets and philosophers joined in. So did artists and artisans, sculptors and scientists, cobblers and weavers, farmers and labourers. Men, women, children -- they all joined in to free India.
And there were the peacemakers and there were the revolutionaries who all marched along the avenues and crept along the alleyways, the armies that waged their titanic tussles to free the motherland.
But at the head of this legion of men and martyrs marched the divine duo, Ramakrishna-Vivekananda who led the way to freedom.
