A request to all members. Please do not ONLY pick faults in each other's posts and comments. Also appreciate them and encourage them duly for their labour of love.
The fly that sits on the ulcer is not what we would like ourselves to degenerate into. We must be chivalrous, valorous children of the Lord who can help each other along with a word of encouragement or two instead of only dishing out carping criticisms for any perceived lapse of others. Our sympathies must not be so limited. We must have the magnanimity to appreciate others, to speak up a few words in commendation of others as well while reserving for ourselves the right to criticise duly where such censorious words are legitimate for the restoration of truth and justice.
I reiterate, let us be appreciative of each other more and give each other our respective dues, both in praise and in blame, and not in blame alone. Let us see more constructive criticism and their defence in clarification of point made by the author wherever possible or a polite submission of disagreement or acceptance of the charge levelled duly. Let us see more of civility, decency and decorum in discussion and less of exhibition of egotism, for this forum is a family of kindred spirits wedded to the common cause of the study of Netaji and the revolutionaries for freedom. May we in our group activity ever feel such an air of intrepid freedom as well !

P.S. : This is a general statement made by me in response to what I have noticed over years of correspondence online and not with reference to any specific remark made by any or any pertinent post of prominence which has prompted me to write this.
