There are few takers for truth. How can devotees advance spiritually, monks realise God if they side with untruth, if they do not boldly stand up for truth irrespective of worldly consequence? 'Does Truth pay homage to any society, ancient or modern, or does society have to pay homage to Truth or die?' What does Shiva-incarnate Swamiji say on this? That Tulsi Maharaj was Sri Ramakrishna's direct disciple is an inviolable truth, an irrefutable fact which the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission refuses to publicly acknowledge despite proofs galore and protestations plethora by his disciples and devotees. This is spiritual heresy of an unforgivable kind that can under no circumstance be condoned. And, yet, the flock follows the deluding shepherds and subscribes to the fabricated narrative that Sri Ramakrishna had only 16 and not 17 direct monastic male disciples. 

History has been distorted and continues to be so. Those who do so are injuring Thakur and his beloved Tulsi. And those who add fuel to fire by subscribing to such falsity are doing a grave injustice to one of the towering luminaries of the Ramakrishna Order whose seminal contributions to spreading the message of the Master are in some sense nonpareil. The sooner history is presented once again in its pristine purity, the better. We await such sanity, such good sense from otherwise sensible people who have known the futility of earthly fertility and chosen the path of spiritual sublimity. 🕉
