Do not have a sectarian, institutional attitude towards the Dharma. Have a universal attitude. The whole of the Indian subcontinent is Sanātan. Embrace all the sects of the Dharma, disregarding the aspects of surface divergence. Dive to the core of it and you will discover the Sanātan Dharma to be an organic evolutionary whole built upon the solid foundation of the Vedas, the Brahman that pervades all and is its substratum, and the Atman which is the contact point of the individual with the universal and is one with the Brahman and identical to it. Read Swami Vivekananda's 'Paper on Hinduism' read out by him at the Chicago Parliament of Religions on 19 September, 1893. Read religiously daily 'Sri Sri Ramakrishna Kathāmrita'/'Sri Sri Ramakrishna Vachanāmrita'/'The Gospel of Sri Ramakrishna' to absorb and assimilate this non-sectarian universal spirit. Read the Sanātan scriptures and further solidify this Bhārat-mood, that of being one with the motherland, Punyabhumi Bharatvarsha, where no alien adhārmic religious culture will last despite a 1400 year trumpeting of tyrannical doctrine. Bhāratvarsha---the queen of Swamiji's adoration, the heart of humanity, the source, course and estuary of all that is soulful and sublime, holy and wholesome, that holiest of holy pilgrimages on earth, that heaven verily on earth---that is my Mother, my Goddess, my Ishta Devi, my everything.

'Janani janmabhumishcha svargādapi gariyasi'. 🕉
