CALL IT WAR, NOT TERROR
Terror activities of Pakistan against India are actually aggression of war. The bleeding of India by a thousand cuts has been their state policy for the last four decades and must be construed as war on India. Indiscriminate killing of civilians through acts of terror has not been adequately responded to by the Government of India and it is time that this modern form of warfare that Pakistan has launched against us is given back to them in equal terms. The simultaneous strengthening of the economy, modernisation of the defence forces, bringing up the national literacy level to 100%, fast tracking the legal system, checking population growth, creating jobs, improving the lot of the farmers and at the other end that of research facilities, all these must be undertaken on a war footing so that the country emerges strong in every aspect for it to be able to combat the challenges ahead.
