A CHANGE THAT HAD TO BE BUT IN EFFECT COULD NOT
Finally, I am resorting to what others have been doing all along, the writing of posts without appending them with photographs. This seems the only way I can ensure that people read the posts and comment accordingly. I write one thing and viewers of the appended photographs make unrelated comments quite apart from the substance of the post. I do not blame them for they are but superficial in their intellectual attitudes and merely go by surface show of the images that better hold their imagination. Hence, the way out will be to only make written posts shorn of any attachment of visuals so that the focus, if any, remains only on the words and their meanings rather than the peripheral attachments in the form of appealing photographs. Hope to find my readers now in better concentration on the write-ups or in total neglect of them consequent on the loss of the sideshows that have thus far supplemented my posts in the form of delightful photographs.

P.S. : The attempt has miserably failed for the posts devoid of the appended photographs look terribly dry and shorn of the poetry that is as much the linguistic life of the write-ups as is the message conveyed through the words and images. Let the photographs, therefore, continue to supplement the essays even as I choose to ignore unrelated comments as I am wont to doing but somehow am irked into offence sometimes at the gross neglect of the content of the passages. May the sincere reader read thoroughly the essays, may the casual customer comment without comprehension and may the disinterested discard totally such dubious displays of verbosity --- to quote a monastic critic of considerable repute as a writer himself --- and proceed with better preoccupations in life is the considered stance of this writer after all ! So, may peace prevail !
