If we have to rise as a nation once again, we will have to revert to our tradition of daily spiritual practice. If we are true Indians imbued with our ancient spiritual culture, we will willingly subscribe to this daily discipline. The sacred seed word (the beej mantra) imparted by the Guru must be duly chanted and along with it meditation must be practised to deepen our spiritual consciousness and anchoring in the phenomenal universe. If the bulk of the nation can be made to adhere once again to this age-old practice, we can rapidly rise as a disciplined race and contribute our share to world culture, that of spirituality, for which the world is athirst. We must as a people occupy preeminence in spiritual culture and save the world, chaotic as it is, from impending technological and environmental destruction. Bande Mataram!
