Let our language be bold and virile. Let no effeminacy creep into our constitution. Let us speak like men, behave like men and manifest strength overall. Why do we so behave as if we have lost our manhood? Where has the martial spirit gone? How can we hold Netaji and Swamiji as our heroes and yet subscribe to this sort of a paralysing culture, this debilitation which ought to be the object of scorn for us instead of now being our sum and substance of existence, our constitutional character born out of habitual practice of weakness, often in the garb of lilting tunes and sentimental overflow masquerading as patriotic fervour?
