A lion of a monk Swami Atmasthananda was, a veritable volcano of spiritual power. He typified the sort of harmonic sadhu Swamiji had dreamt of, the perfect synthesis of jnana, karma, bhakti and yoga. With his passing away an era has ended of monks who had been the disciples of the direct disciples of Thakur.
