WAS CHRIST A SELF-REALISED SOUL?

WAS CHRIST A SELF-REALISED SOUL?

If Jesus spoke of the Day of Judgement and of heaven and hell and original sin for which he with the sacrifice of his body would redeem man, how can it be inferred that he was even a realised soul, much less a divine incarnation? Surely, there is great sublimity in some of his sayings but they get tarnished by his subsequent references to the above stated things and the like which are proof of the fact that he was not a liberated soul and was rather immersed in some of the traditional trappings of superstition of his race and of the times he moved in. Compare the Buddha now and his teachings with those of Christ and you will clearly see the difference and come to apprehend what I am hinting at.

The Christ personality is powerful, even physically and mentally pure, but not so clarified in conception as the Hindu hrishis and the countless sages and saints and divine incarnations who have trodden the soil of this holy land of the Spirit.

I have raised a doubt and I seek from your observations, impartial and analytic, solutions to this predicament centring a personality who even such a sublime one as Sri Ramakrishna had through his realisations affirmed as a divine incarnation. But the text of Christ's messages speak to the contrary and paint him out as a great Semitic prophet no doubt but not a Self-realised soul who can meet the standards of this epithet as in the Upanishads and the Geeta.
