Ideas hold. And certain ideas hold more. They grip the minds of the masses. And invariably a tinge of superstition spicing up the idea makes it living with all its dominant force, transforming even civilisations which are not yet ripe enough to respond to more sublime thoughts founded in truth but lacking the persuasive power of puerile principles founded in falsity. So must humanity yet wait for its real redemption from the clutches of colloquial corruption when it will seek its salvation in realising the universal principles that hold it as part of an integrated cosmic set-up. Yes, humanity must wait as yet for it is still groping in primitive darkness largely despite glorious advances in science and technology made by a tiny section of rational beings and despite a tinier mass of illumined souls showing the way for an ascent to spiritual; freedom. For the rest of humanity it is still the forest days and the forest nights of a brutal struggle for survival and the animal way of the survival of the fittest.
