THE SHRINKING HINDU POLITY AND THE POSSIBLE HINDU RENAISSANCE ... 1

Both Christianity and Islam are proselytising religions. Their mission is to convert the whole world to their fold. This is regrettable and must be resisted. Hinduism has suffered untold damage at the hands of both these religions and the Partition of India was effected because a large section of united India's then Muslim population refused to co-exist with their Hindu brethren at the behest of radical Muslim leaders like Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Huseyn Shaheed Suhrawardy and Sheikh Mujib-ur-Rehman. The British did play their Machiavellian part to fracture India's geographical and political solidarity, true, but religion stemming from medieval scriptures definitely fuelled the process leading to the motherland's dismemberment.

Hinduism unites humanity by fostering diversity through its universal philosophy and its practice of the worship of the Ishta Dev/Devi (Chosen Ideal/Deity). Islam and Christianity divide humanity and where they speak of world solidarity, it signifies the existence of only either Christianity or Islam by converting all else to their fold. Brotherhood of Islam essentially is the brotherhood of all Muslims for the religion does not recognise any other religion as equal to it in status, it proclaiming itself as the final and most perfect Word of God. In other words, Hinduism is a partially revealed religion with imperfections relative to Islam and the sooner all Hindus are converted to Islam, the better for everybody. After all, the realisations of the Rishis, the countless saints and sages of India, the Divine Incarnations like Rama, Krishna, Shankaracharya, Ramanujacharya, Chaitanya, Ramakrishna and Vivekananda, to name but a select few, were partial and with flaws and cannot be accorded the highest position in terms of spiritual perfection as Islam which is the most perfect religion. Christianity in a like manner deems it as the only way to God and to Salvation and Heaven, for Christ alone is the Way. So, Christianity and Islam keep converting the infidels wherever they can get hold of them and try to secure for them Salvation and escape from eternal damnation in Hell. Poor Hindus are largely innocent of this malicious motive of religious organisations associated with these proselytising Semitic religions (non-proselytising Judaism excepted). Hence, they are voluminous in support of these very organisations which are hell-bent on delivering their mother religion the death blow. Hindus must seriously go for education in their own religious tradition before they fulminate against their brethren who are up to the act of saving the Hindu civilisation. As if Partition was not enough. Then must it be presumed that some more dismemberment would suit the motherland better?
