Are those who are supposedly fighting for the reinstatement of Tulsi Maharaj to the status of Thakur's direct disciple fighting for it in truth after all? Or have they resigned to their mundane consequences and no more find substance in a failing movement? Fight on, if you will, despite reverses, for truth must triumph. I certainly will never give it up. Resistance is the sign of life, struggle its incessant blood flow.

27. যতদিন না আমরা সত্যনিষ্ঠ হব, ততদিন আমাদের দুর্দশা ঘুঁচবে না | তাই ক্ষুদিরাম-রামকৃষ্ণ সত্যপালনে স্থিতসংকল্প |

29. মহাপুরুষ হিমবাহের ন্যায় । জলের ওপর ৮.৩%, জলের নীচে ৯১.৭% । যত তলে যাব, তত তাঁর মানসলোকের বিস্তারের আভাস পাব । তাই মহাপুরুষের চিন্তা আত্মচিন্তার তুল্য । শেষে জলধিতলে ভূবক্ষে আত্মজ্ঞানলাভ । তখন মহাপুরুষের সাথে প্রকৃত মিলন । অদ্বয় অনুভূতি, নিরন্তর আনন্দ ।
30. The Americans analysing Fischer's 'insanity' are a host of superficial fools who have no clue to the workings of genius. How dare they speak foul of him thus for whatever he was! Yes, he had pronounced oddities but they were not derangement entirely. In a crooked western world of greed and gain Bobby Fischer was entirely maladjusted and his inordinate predisposition towards lonesome pursuits made him the victim of his inner and outer circumstance.

মানুষের মাথায় কি এতটুকুও নিজের চিন্তা করার ক্ষমতা নেই ? সবই অন্যের চিন্তায় লালিত, পালিত, চালিত ? স্বকীয়তা কই ? সংঘ তো কর্মানুষ্ঠানের জন্য, একত্র শক্তির প্রকাশের জন্য | কিন্তু তাই বলে নিজের বুদ্ধিকে কি বন্ধক রেখে চলতে হবে অপরের নির্দেশে ? এই কি রামকৃষ্ণ-বিবেরকানন্দের শিক্ষা ? এই কি তাঁদের প্রতি আনুগত্যের লক্ষণ ? স্বামীজী তো মানুষকে গীর্জা ও মন্দির ত্যাগ করে নিজ চিন্তাশীলতার ওপর নির্ভর করতে বলেছিলেন | কই, ভক্তদের তো তা করতে দেখি না ? তাঁরা তো সংঘের দ্বারা রবটের ন্যায় চালিত | তাতেও একটু কৃত্রিম বুদ্ধির (artificial intelligence) প্রদর্শন করুন | তবে তো রবটের স্বার্থকতা !

আপনারা কি জানেন যে আজকের ভক্তরা সত্যের ওপর সংঘকে স্থান দিয়েছেন ? স্বামীজী চেয়েছিলেন principle above personality and truth above all else. ত্রিকালদর্শী তিনি | শেষ জীবনে হতাশ হয়েছিলেন তাঁর বাণী কেউ ধারণা করতে পারছে না দেখে, ধারণ তো দূরের কথা | যা আশঙ্কা করেছিলেন তাই হয়েছে | ইতিহাসে বারে বারে এই একই পরিণাম আদর্শের | শেষে আদর্শ পরিত্যক্ত হয়ে অর্থ ও প্রতিপত্তির জয় হয় | তাতেই ক্ষয় ও নব অবতারের আবির্ভাব ত্বরান্বিত হয় | একেই যুগপ্রয়োজন বলে |
42. ভয় পাব কি পাব না? ঠাকুর বলেছেন, "লজ্জা, ঘৃণা, ভয়---এ তিন থাকতে নয় |" এবার ভাবুন কি করবেন | সত্যের পক্ষে লড়বেন নাকি অসত্যকে টিকিয়ে রাখার জন্য প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষভাবে কাজ চালিয়ে যাবেন? মনে রাখবেন, তুলসী মহারাজের প্রতি অন্যায় অবিচারের কোনরূপ প্রতিবাদ না করার জন্য সত্যস্বরূপ শ্রীরামকৃষ্ণের চোখে ভ্রষ্ট হওয়া ছাড়া আর কোন গতি নেই | ভগবান নির্বোধ নন যে জাগতিক চালাকি করে তাঁকে পাওয়া যাবে | তাঁর সন্তানের এহেন অপমান তাঁর সইবে তো?
43. স্বামীজী বলেছেন ঠাকুরের আবির্ভাবের সময় হতে সত্যযুগের সূচনা হয়েছে | তাহলে মিথ্যার আশ্রয় নিয়ে তুলসী মহারাজকে ঠাকুরের সাক্ষাৎ শিষ্যত্ব থেকে বাদ দেওয়া কি সত্যযুগস্থাপনের শুভানুষ্ঠান ?

'ধরি মাছ, না ছুঁই পানি |' এমনটি করলে তো তুলসী মহারাজ সম্বন্ধীয় সত্য প্রতিষ্ঠিত হবে না | নিজে ভাল মানুষটি সাজব আর অপরকে দিয়ে সব কাজ করিয়ে নেব, এমন বুদ্ধি অবলম্বন করলে তো কাজ এগোবে না | সৎসাহস কই ? সামনা সামনি এসে দাবী করতে হবে | মিথ্যাকে মিথ্যা বলে চিহ্নিত করে সত্য প্রতিষ্ঠার প্রচেষ্টা করতে হবে | ঠাকুর তো মা কালীর চরণে সবকিছু উৎসর্গ করলেন কিন্তু সত্যকে তো দিতে পারলেন না | তাহলে তাঁর অনুগামী হয়ে এই বিপরীত আচরণ কেন ?

45. Weak people are bound by organisational stance that prompts them to side with untruth. The strong resist such compromise with falsity and either reform organisation to align it with truth or reject it altogether should it persist along the unholy track of falsehood and failed ideology. It is unholy to bolster the hand of untruth, wrong to guide the destiny of a spiritual organisation along a patently material track.

49. Beware of worldliness creeping into a spiritual organisation in the guise of gathering funds along novel channels for distributing social help. 'Note the Devil doth cite the scripture for his purpose.' [Merchant of Venice (William Shakespeare)] Remember this line when you see monastics rationalising worldliness. A spiritual order must not lower its guard and allow material inflow along business channels to facilitate the execution of welfare action.

66. এখন 'মিথ্যামেব জয়তে' | তুলসী মহারাজের রামকৃষ্ণমন্ত্রশিষ্যরূপ সত্যকে তুলে ধরছি বটে কিন্তু ঠাকুরের ভক্তদের সে বিষয়ে উদাসীনতা দেখে লজ্জিত বোধ করছি | স্বামীজী যথার্থই বলেছিলেন, "Religions of the world have become lifeless mockeries. What the world wants is character." এখন ভাবটা এই --- চুলোয় যাক সত্য, আমার স্বার্থটি থাক সুরক্ষিত | কিন্তু মহাপুরুষের এই অপমানে প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষভাবে সায় দেওয়ায় কি কর্ম ঠিক থাকছে ? এতে স্বার্থটি রক্ষা পাবে তো ?
67. স্বামীজী কঠোপনিষদের উদ্ধৃতি দিয়ে আমাদের শিক্ষা দিয়েছেন, 'Arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached.' ['ওঠো, জাগো, থেমো না যতক্ষণ না অভিষ্টসিদ্ধি হচ্ছে |'] এই আহ্বান আদেশ বলে জানি, আদেশ বলে মানি | তাই যতদিন না তুলসী মহারাজের রামকৃষ্ণমন্ত্রশিষ্যরূপ, রামকৃষ্ণসাক্ষাৎপার্ষদরূপ সত্য জনমানসে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হচ্ছে, ততদিন এই প্রচারকর্ম হতে বিরত হব না | জয় হবেই পরিশেষে কারণ ঠাকুর সহায়, সত্য সহায় | আর এই সত্যপ্রতিষ্ঠার প্রচেষ্টাপর্বে চিনছি মানুষকে right to their very marrow.

সাধে বলে, 'ধর্মের কল বাতাসে নড়ে?'
69. Spiritualise your thoughts. Do not talk of worldly things. Let the mind flow in an unbroken current towards God. Let sattva prevail. Peace will follow which is the precondition for dispassionate work unto the welfare of oneself and the world.
It is the spirit that matters most. And how can it be uplifting unless the mind has been immersed for long in the river of God and the soul purged of all material dross? Then shall shine the Atman in unhindered effulgence, your immortal Self that knows no fear, no death, no decay. Why bother about the trivialities of life, a murky mud-puddle that stagnates and stinks, while the fragrant ocean of nectarine bliss goes by unheeded?
70. Literally worship your Guru. This is the Way. All adoration, all reverence, limitless, boundless, unconditional, supreme. Constantly reflect, reminisce, realise. If you can, blessed you are and blessed shall you be. How can you ever limit the ideal in your mind of your Guru by ascribing on him limitations? Cast off such rationalisation and fly high on the wings of faith, faith that sublimates, transforms the disciple unto the Divine which she or he has thus far been worshipping. As you think, so you become. Remember.

74. Love is the solvent that dissolves the obstructions of the heart. The intensity of your love for the Lord determines its outcome.

77. কেষ্টবিষ্টুরা যেখানে বুঝল না, সেখানে হরে, প্যালা, পঞ্চাকে বলে কি হবে?
78. There is much that is amiss in the mission of raising man, there is much that is there for us to do to fill the void of values that has set in.
