WHO ARE THESE SEVERAL ENIGMATIC FEMININE FIGURES?
The attached compilation of photographs has glaring dissimilarities that even casual observation can pick. These have been drawn from the publications of several books on Netaji and are all apparently of a certain Frau Emilie Schenkl presumed by certain quarters and a section of the extended family of Netaji Bose to be that of his 'wife'. Could anybody throw some light on the identity of the different persons captured in light and shade here? Surely, these are different persons and all of them cannot be the same Emilie Schenkl for such glaring differences in visage would not obtain in one, or would they? Expert opinion is solicited to solve the problem.
