Half-measures by PM Modi may win him the mandate but will fall short of dismantling myths and unravelling the truth about Netaji's post-disappearance destiny. The Prime Minister must adopt measures whereby the disappearance mystery is solved once and for all.
To start with the 70 odd Intelligence Bureau Files of India need to be declassified. Then the GOI must request the Russian and the Japanese governments to declassify each and every file on Netaji that they be having in their custody. This for starters. The rest will follow in its wake.
