SAVE HINDI FROM URDU POLLUTION, HOWEVER SWEET

SAVE HINDI FROM URDU POLLUTION, HOWEVER SWEET

Urdu is a beautiful language, so is Hindi. But their mixture, the hybrid Hindustani, with its Urdu overload, is a horrendous language.

Urdu, courtesy its poets and practitioners, has remained chaste but Hindi, popular and polluted, has suffered horrific infiltration of Urdu words such that the conversational language is 30% Urdu and Hindi-speaking people are terribly deficient in a sufficient vocabulary in Hindi and inordinately dependent on popular Urdu words for expressing themselves. This is a progressive trend in linguistic degeneration and is crippling the parent language.

So, save Hindi from pollution, I say. Study Sanskrit and use Sanskrit-based words rather than Urdu words to structure your Hindi language.
