The phenomenal demographic changes sweeping across the world with a particular religion proliferating will soon set up huge imbalances in the world polity and have far-reaching cultural consequences which are alarming to contemplate. It is time for Hindus to be not complacent and to see to it that their citadel is not any more under threat than what it already is at present.
The Sanatana Dharma is under threat, not in philosophical terms where it is impregnable in defence but in real terms of relative diminution in numbers on account of constant conversion to Islam and Christianity. Each and every Hindu must be true to his dharma and practise it to his level best. He must contribute to the spread of Hinduism across the world and this he must take upon himself as his holy duty. Upon the survival of dharma depends the survival of the world.
